The vehicle will arrive at the designated pickup time. Please note that you are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time, and the operator will not be held liable if the flight is missed due to traffic congestion or unforeseen road conditions.
If you are bringing your own ski equipment, please contact us to check the availability at inquiry@trazy.com.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.
