Add a very special touch to your day in Busan with this cooking class and market tour. You will stroll through the famous Jagalchi Market and Kkangtong Market to pick up your own fresh ingredients. After the market spree, you will head to the cooking studio and learn how to cook 4 different Korean dishes.

Menu Details
- Samgyetang: soup consisting of a young chicken stuffed with rice, ginseng, garlic, and herbs
- Japchae: sweet potato starch noodles, stir-fried with vegetable and meat
- Beef bulgogi: sweet & savory marinated slices of beef, grilled on a griddle or a pan


- Doenjang-jjigae: rich stew with fermented soybean paste, tofu, vegetables, meat or seafood
- Osam-bulgogi: spicy marinated squid and pork belly, grilled with vegetables
- Suyuk: steamed & sliced pork dish usually paired with kimchi or vegetables


- Dak-bokkeum-tang: stir-fried & boiled spicy chicken with vegetables
- Bibimbap: a bowl of warm rice topped with seasoned vegetables, a fried egg, and chili paste
- Oi naeng gook: cold vinegar base soup made from cucumbers
- Kimchi-jjigae: spicy stew with kimchi, diced tofu, vegetables, pork or seafood


- Sundubu-jjigae: spicy stew with uncurdled tofu, eggs, chili paste & powder
- Haemul pajeon: savory pan-fried battered pancake with seafood and scallion
- Dubu kimchi: blanched tofu served with stir-fried, well-fermented tangy kimchi
- Tteok-bokki: spicy stir-fried rice cakes with fish cakes, vegetables, and boiled eggs
- Gimbap: rice, chopped vegetables, egg, and ham rolled in a seaweed sheet, served in slices
- Sujaebi: boil-cooked flour dumplings served in hot seafood broth/soup
- Miyeok gook: fresh seaweed boiled into a hot soup in beef/seafood broth base
