Overview

Master Korean food in this private cooking class in Busan!

This is a premium cooking class led by a chef who specializes in Korean cuisine. Learn about the Korean food culture and make Korea's representative dishes using locally-sourced ingredients. Enjoy the food you cooked paired with makgeolli, a Korean traditional liquor, and wrap up the meal with a traditional tea ceremony. As a private class, you'll be able to receive the instructor's undivided attention and be guided every step of the way!

Choose among the three class options below:

Option #1: Kimchi Master Class
Kimchi is the number one food that represents Korea. Learn about what kimchi is, taste different types of kimchi, and make cabbage kimchi, the most beloved and widely known kimchi across the world. You'll prep the ingredients and make the sauce yourself in the traditional method, just like how our grandmothers did. Taste the kimchi paired with suyuk, Korean pork belly slices.

Option #2: Delicious Korean BBQ
In this class, you'll make a Korean meat dish that can be enjoyed as a home-cooked meal. Season and cook the meat, make the dipping sauce, and enjoy it with lettuce wraps, the Korean way. You'll also cook a soup and side dish to go with the main dish. You can choose among chicken, beef, or pork according to your taste.

Option #3: Korean Seafood Feast
Make seafood dishes using the freshest seafood that is in season from Jagalchi Market, the largest seafood market in Korea. You'll make a whole meal using various local seafoods and get to enjoy the taste of Korea's ocean. With this class, you're guaranteed to have the most authentic experience of Busan, Korea's seafood heaven.
