I’ve booked 2 concerts now through Tracy, and it’s been awesome. Not only have I not had any trouble getting my tickets at the venue, the price was so much cheaper! I’ll book all available concerts that I want to see through Trazy now.

get my tickets and entry bracelets. The organisation of the festival and the staff were great, super helpful and professionals.

This festival was quite small and indoors so you had the chance to get very close to the artists. The lineup was great but it became a bit crowded later on.

- 2. Check your email.

1. Please present valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
2. Please make sure to pick up the ticket first, exchange the ticket into a wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued.
4. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
5. There is a security bag search upon entering the venue.
6. Please be respectful to other people around you at the venue. Individuals who are causing a situation affecting others will be asked to leave and escorted out of the venue by security guards without a refund.
7. Professional cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited in the standing zone.
8. Outside food is not allowed in the venue. Beverage in a PET bottle (~500ml) is only allowed.
9. Lockers will be available at an additional charge on site.
10. The event organizer will be taking pictures/videos of the festival. Please note that by participating in the festival, you are complying that the organizer has the right to use such pictures and videos for marketing purposes.
11. Parking is not available at the venue. Please use public transportation.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
