What is included with the admission ticket?
Your ticket provides entry to Spaland Centum City for 4 hours. This includes access to all areas within the spa.
Is this spa suitable for children?
For safety reasons, children under 8 years old cannot enter Spaland. Children between 8 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult of the same gender, and children under 19 must present a valid ID upon redeeming the ticket on the day.
Can I stay for longer than 4 hours?
After the initial 4 hours, an additional fee of 3,000 won/hour will be charged. However, if you spent more than 10,000 won per person within Spaland, your ticket will be valid for up to 6 hours at no extra charge.
