Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please present a printed copy of the confirmation email along with your ID for entry.

For 2 people, a Family Room will be assigned. For 3–4 people, a Suite Room will be assigned.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am

Is breakfast included in the package?

No, breakfast is not included. You can enjoy meals at your own expense at the restaurants inside Vivaldi Park.

Can I use the water park on both days?

The admission ticket is valid for one day only. You can choose which day to use it (either check-in or check-out day).

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, changes or cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before the check-in date. Please contact us in advance.

Is there a convenience store or restaurant nearby?

Yes, Vivaldi Park has convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and other amenities within walking distance from the hotel.
