After purchasing the ticket with Trazy I was sent a confirmation email followed by ny e-ticket which had a barcode. I also recieved information about the timings of the tour and the location, with photos included, to help my find the right location. Something that confused me was that the email stated I needed ₩1000 in cash to enter the marine park, but when I arrived it wasn't requested. I'm not suggesting that you shouldn't follow the advice, but I don't understand why it couldn't just be included in the price of the ticket anyway.
The tour itself was ok. There was a lot of space in the ferry and you could choose from three floors to sit on. The ferry also had a little snack bar. On the second floor there was a tour guide who will give you information after the natural features you'll see, but he obviously only speaks in Korean.
It was advertised that the tour lasts around an hour but it was only about 35 minutes. I couldn't fully understand what was going on but the sea was quite choppy and it was windy so I think we might have returned to the dock early because the weather conditions were making people feel unwell.
We didn't see much of the coast that you can't already see from the shore. Again, I'm not sure if this was due to the weather or if this was the planned itinerary. But due to this it was a little disappointing.
Overall, I think it's worth trying and having the experience and hopefully with better weather there'll be much more to see on Seogwipo's coast.
