完成預訂後，您將收到確認電子郵件。行程當天請出示此確認郵件即可參加。

注意事項

1. 每筆預訂最多可購買4張門票，並須提供所有實際參與者的姓名（須與護照一致）。門票不得轉讓，且轉讓的門票將視為無效。
2. 每位參與者必須攜帶護照。進入大樓後，大樓的保全人員將檢查您的身分證件。請注意，如果因未攜帶護照或資料不符合而未能參加時，恕不退款。
3. 演出期間嚴禁拍照或錄影。如果保全人員發現你拍照，會立刻要求你離開攝影棚。
4. 演出期間不得離開或再出場。進入大樓前請先使用洗手間。
5. 攝影棚內禁止飲食。
6. 15歲以下兒童無論是否有家長陪同均不得觀賞表演。
7. 如果演出本身因廣播系統內部問題或不可預見的情況而被取消，您的預訂將被取消並全額退款。
8. 由於藝術家或廣播電台的情況，某些表演可能會被預先錄製。在這種情況下，藝術家將不會現場表演。

不可退款

1. 門票不可轉讓給他人（原預訂者姓名不可更改）。
2. 更改門票數量/部分取消僅可依原預訂者的要求進行。變更/取消將依照取消政策處理。

常見問題

How many SBS Inkigayo tickets can I book at once?

You can book up to 4 tickets per reservation. The names of all participants must be provided at the time of booking and must exactly match their passports.

Can I transfer my SBS Inkigayo ticket to someone else?

No. Ticket transfers are strictly prohibited. Bookings are non-transferable, and the original booker’s name cannot be changed.

Do I need to bring my passport?

Yes. All participants must bring their physical passport. Entry will be denied without a valid passport or if the information does not match the booking details. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Can children attend the SBS Inkigayo show?

No. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to attend, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

No. Photography or video recording during the show is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the studio immediately.

Is there a re-entry option once inside the studio?

No. There is no re-entry allowed during the show. Please use the restroom and prepare before entering.

Are food and drinks allowed inside the studio?

No. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the SBS Inkigayo studio.

Will the performances at SBS Inkigayo be live?

Most performances are live, but some may be pre-recorded depending on the artist’s or broadcaster’s schedule. Pre-recorded segments may feature artists who do not perform live during the broadcast.

What happens if the show is canceled?

If SBS Inkigayo is canceled due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances, your booking will also be canceled and a full refund will be provided.

What if the Seoul city tour is canceled?

The Seoul MVP Tour is a complimentary addition to the Inkigayo ticket. If the tour is canceled due to scheduling changes, no partial refunds will be issued.
