It was awesome to go up to Seoul Sky and see the beautiful city of seoul spread out below. My friends and I took pictures, had snacks, and tried to pick out landmarks off in the distance. Trazy made it easy to purchase tickets online the day before, the ticket prices were better than some other places, and the check-in process was smooth.

Activity was great. Unfortunately the online tickets (QR code) were not activated and we had to get back in line to get them replaced for paper tickets. The problem was quickly solved by Lotte staff.

It was easy to change your voucher into tickets. What a wonderful experience! If you want the SKYWALK, it is extra, but the trip to theme observatory is well worth the money. You can go outside at the top for some amazing photos, and you can also stand on a section of see through floor to look down. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

One of the best experiences I had on this trip, the view is beautiful, the service was quick, and Trazy's services are incredible, they guided me exactly how I should change at the ticket office, I didn't have to wait in line and everything went well,

Went up with friends..about 4 floors of the observation deck. Ok but not much to do except take pics and coffee shops. Good views of the city.

Lotte Tower is an incredible experience! The view from the observation deck is unbelievable. Make sure you choose a day with clear skies. I went just before sunset and stayed until it was dark. There are many levels once you reach the top to explore and find a good spot to enjoy the views. After showing the ticket at the entrance I was able to enter directly and could skip the long queue, which was great. There is also an outdoor area at the observation deck, which is really special. Definitely would go again, worth the price! :)

It was pretty amazing! The staff is really helpful and polite. There is a little hologram that shows the Korean culture. We loved it! Additionally, there are some cool cafes and coffee shops on the upper floors. In short words, you can see a lot of things for a small amount of money.

It was beautiful but it ended up raining so view wasn’t great and they closed top floors. Waste of money for myself. Wish I could have rescheduled for another day.

My wife and I went on a Friday morning so there was not many people there. For that reason it was a really great time with great views.

Well worth to see during day or night. Better than any other tower in Seoul.

It was really beautiful! I went at night with my friends and the view was amazing ! At different spot during the visit it's possible to take pictures quite funny.

Reserving the tickets at the trazy is really very easy and converting the reservation into the tickets is as easy as taking a cake in pastry shop. Just by presenting the print out we got the entry tickets and then we got direction by gesture and we proceed. Visiting the Lotte World is really worth to visit and experience on standing GLASS FLOOR is like GOD watching humans from heaven.
