Entrance fees, meals and other personal expenses are NOT included in the price.
If the tour exceeds the default tour hours, you must pay 20,000 won per additional hour to the guide on the day.
If the DMZ area is partially or fully closed due to political or safety issues, we will provide an alternative route. Please note that refunds are not available.

Can I customize the itinerary for the Seoul tour?

Yes, you can suggest other destinations in Seoul that are not listed in the standard itinerary. However, please note that not all requested stops may be possible due to distance and time constraints. You can finalize and adjust your itinerary directly with the driver on the day of the tour.

What time can the Incheon layover tour start?

The private tour can begin anytime between 7:00am and 2:00pm. Please indicate your preferred start time when you make your reservation on the booking page.

What do I need to prepare for the DMZ tour?

All participants must:
- Enter full passport information (exactly as shown in your passport) on the booking page at the time of reservation.
- Bring a valid passport or ARC (Alien Registration Card) on the day of the tour.
If you do not bring your passport or ARC, you will not be allowed to enter the DMZ, and no refund will be issued.

What if the DMZ is closed during my tour?

If the DMZ is partially or fully closed due to political or safety concerns, an alternative route will be arranged. Please note that refunds are not available in this case.

Can I customize the Incheon tour itinerary?

Yes, you can choose 4 to 5 spots from the suggested Incheon destinations listed on the booking page. You may also propose additional locations, but all visits are subject to time and travel limitations. Please coordinate your final itinerary with the driver on the tour day.

Are entrance fees and meals included in the tour price?

No, entrance fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included. Please prepare for these separately.

What happens if the tour exceeds the scheduled hours?

f your private tour exceeds the default duration, there will be an extra charge of 20,000 KRW per additional hour, payable in cash directly to the guide on the tour day.
