3. 乘客可免費將行李放置於接駁巴士行李艙，但司機不會協助搬運行李，請自行處理。
4. 巴士顏色及車型可能因營運狀況有所變更，請務必確認車輛前窗顯示的目的地後再上車。
5. 接駁巴士司機不會說英文，敬請見諒。

What happens if I miss the resort shuttle bus?

The resort shuttle bus does not wait for late arrivals. Guests must arrive at the meeting location on time, and no refunds or schedule changes are available if you miss the shuttle.

How long does it take to travel from Seoul to the Phoenix Park Ski Resort by shuttle bus?

The journey from Seoul to the ski resort usually takes around 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Travel time may vary depending on the pick up location, stops at other stations, weather conditions, and road traffic.

Are there designated seats on the shuttle bus?

No. Seats are not assigned in advance and are available on a first come, first served basis. Passengers are advised to arrive early to secure seating together.

Can I bring luggage on the ski resort shuttle bus?

Yes. Luggage can be loaded onto the shuttle bus at no extra charge. However, please note that the driver will not assist with loading or unloading luggage.

Does the shuttle bus driver speak English?

No. The shuttle bus driver does not speak English. Please ensure you confirm the destination displayed on the front window of the bus before boarding.

Can the bus color or vehicle type change?

Yes. The bus color and vehicle type may change depending on operational conditions. Always check the destination sign on the front of the bus to make sure you are boarding the correct shuttle.

Where are the Seoul pick up and drop off locations?

Pick up locations in Seoul include Hongik University Station, Sinchon Station, Myeongdong Station, Dongdaemun Doota Fashion Mall, and Sports Complex Station.
Drop off locations in Seoul include Sinchon Station, Myeongdong, Jamsil Station, and Sports Complex Station.

Is a bus transfer required during the journey?

In some cases, passengers may need to transfer to another bus at Sports Complex Station depending on the number of passengers. Staff will be available on site to assist with the transfer. Transfers may also be required on the return trip to Seoul.
