Our English speaking guide, Andrew was on time and has a proficient level of English. To ensure that we had the optimal experience, he switched the itinerary and took us to Bukchon Hanok Village and we had the whole empty street to ourselves. As we proceed to the palace, he told us where is the best place to stand and bought the tickets for us. He also explained the features of the palace and helped us took photos with his professional camera. He also took us to a nice restaurant for gingseng chicken soup and at Insadong, he took us to a traditional teahouse. He was very patient and even wanted to wait 2 hours for us as we wanted to spend more time at Lotte Tower which we declined and ended the tour early. After the tour, he even sent us the hi-res photos he took and links to restaurants recommendations.

Harry our guide was a gem! He was full of information about Seoul and Korea, and lots of jokes and tales that made our trip really fun. He was a great photographer as well, and sent us all lots of photos and videos he took of us on the way. Unfortunately I broke my ankle before we came to Korea so we couldn't get to all the sights we could have in the day trip, but what we did see we really enjoyed. Highly recommended.
