The router works very well and our family loves it. However the portable battery that was lend to us for free, drains very fast. Maybe the portable battery is not in good condition anymore. However we are very happy with the performance of the router.

not reliable, works most of the time except when it doesn't. almost couldn't get into an exhivit cause it decided not to work one day and I couldn't pull anything up but luckily I had done face recognition for entry and my friends knew how to get home. id say it worked 5 days out of the 7 days I used it.

I like the service very much. Pick up and return always works fast and very easy. The router is working great. This time, there was no power bank with it, like it has been the last years. The battery of the mobile router is very good and lasts about 12 hours. I am out for longer than 12 hours if I am in Korea so I needed to search for a place to load the router, what was not comfortable, so I bought a powerbank. If there is a powerbank with it next time, I will give 5x <3 again.

Great and affordable device. The only issue I had with the device was not it’s connectivity but it was the amount of heat it was generating in the small case that it came in. Besides that I had no issue with connectivity and it was truly unlimited.

Pick up of the equipment was easy. Equipment worked ok. Return process is a joke...no receipt to prove items were returned? Ridiculous. Had to take a photo for some kind of assurance. Not a good way to do business.

Amazingly useful thing to have with you on a trip, great service and provider, I picked it up at Incheon Airport and because we left the country by ferry from Busan, I returned it in the Seoul Myeongdong city centre branch, it's good there are these options. Would be great if there was another city branch in Busan, since we lost a day of wifi due to the fact that we wouldn't travel to Busan airport just to return it then.

Its 50mbps in all Seoul thru 5G network as screenshots for speedtests. 5mbps when in Nami Island and Garden Morning Calm. Though Seoul, has many free wifi. This is essential for DIY backpacker always on the go. I use it for kakao navigation, chat, google translation, social updates, immediate uploads. It comes with slim 5000mah powerbank.Fully charged pocket wifi will last 8am-9pm with aprox. 10%charge left.

first time alone at incheon airport-easy to find the kiosk- printed out my email that verified i had prepaid for six days- showed my cc and it was done in five minutes. they give you a charger cord and charging bank in a small carry case along with the wifi “egg”. he made sure i could connect with my iphone before i left. will use again. the wifi is super fast- better than my home modem back in chicago

I travelled recently to Seoul with my wife. The WiFi router was a very good decision! Very good performance and top price for this six days! Very small device and easy to carry in my pocket. The customer support was very helpful upon booking and the pick up at the airport went very smooth. We’ll definitely choose this option again when we come back to Korea!

Ordering it was a breeze, however there was a confusion when picking it up. SKT relocated at a different gate (11-12) so be sure to go there instead of the gates they had listed upon purchasing if you guys are arriving at the Incheon airport (terminal 1) Overall it was a very useful product, it helped me get around places and look things up at my convenience (1GB/day was the limit, it as well was an adequate amount for light browsing and searching/gpsing). It does not take alot of space either in your bag, and the connection was good as well. Thanks Trazy!
