Once your booking is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show this email at the ticket office on the day of the tour to join. You must also fill out the boarding declaration form and present your ID/passport upon boarding.

  • Exchange tickets to receive the Hangang river picnic package voucher and cruise boarding ticket.
  • Exchange the package at Terminal 1 (CU convenience store for Hangang Ramyeon; chicken and drinks can be collected at the designated location inside Terminal 1).
  • Board the cruise at Terminal 2.
  • Package pickup available from 3:00pm to 7:00pm (chicken and ramyeon can be picked up anytime within this time frame).

[Frangerie Dinner Package]
  • Exchange tickets to receive the Frangerie dinner voucher and cruise boarding ticket.
  • Enjoy dinner before the cruise at Terminal 1, 2nd floor.
  • Board the cruise at Terminal 2.

  1. Boarding passes must be issued at least 5 minutes before departure. Please arrive at the ticket office at least 30 minutes prior.
  2. Please complete a boarding declaration form upon boarding. Boarding will be denied if the form is not submitted.
  3. Please bring a valid ID or passport for verification. For international visitors, one representative must present a valid passport.
  4. All passengers must exchange their voucher for a physical ticket at the ticket office after ID verification and boarding declaration form completion. Mobile tickets are not accepted due to the ID verification process.
  5. Wheelchairs and strollers must be stored in the designated storage area at the dock.
  6. Operations continue in rain or snow; however, service will be suspended in the event of heavy rain, a cold wave warning, or if the Paldang Dam discharge exceeds 3,000 tons. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
4 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 100% refund
4 days before the reserved date (after 5:00pm): Non-refundable
  • For reservations on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, cancellations must be made by 4:00pm on the preceding Wednesday for a full refund. If Friday is a public holiday, cancellations must be made by 4:00pm on the preceding Tuesday.
  • To reschedule or change the number of participants, you must cancel the entire reservation and make a new booking.
  • In case of cancellation due to bad weather or issues on the operator's side, prior notice will be given and a full refund will be provided.

[Service Suspension Criteria]
  • Dam discharge restrictions: Operations are suspended if Paldang Dam discharge exceeds 3,000 m²/sec. Service resumes when discharge drops below 4,000 m²/sec.
  • Limited visibility: Operations are suspended if visibility is less than 1 km due to fog, heavy rain, or similar conditions. Operations are also suspended under storm warnings or when wind speeds exceed 14 m/sec.
  • Freezing or other safety risks: Operations are suspended in the event of ice, drifting ice, or floating debris that poses a risk to safe navigation.
