This was a wonderful tour if you want to see Jeju but have limited time. We joined a group that had already been touring Jeju for a day or two; everyone agreed that the Friday West course was the best day out of the trip. Arriving to Gimpo with a pre-arranged transfer was very convenient, however, I think the transfer pick up needs to be scheduled 30 minutes earlier. We were almost late to the airport because the scheduled transfer did not account for enough traffic time. If you are a foreigner, I would recommend checking in via the help desk at Gimpo airport (not the self check in, even though signs say otherwise) because there were seating issues in the self check in screen that the help desk ladies were able to fix. Meeting up with the tour was super easy and the instructions were very helpful. Our tour guide, Zin was a fantastic tour guide! We have had numerous tour guides all throughout South Korea, and Zin was one of the best! He provided excellent information during the tour and was very attentive to all guests. Our trip was during an abnormally warm October. Jeju is extremely humid, even during fall, so I would recommend wearing cool clothing. There is a lot of hiking involved, but nothing too extreme, even for us non-hikers. I booked the tour a little over two weeks in advance. Just a heads up if you book for a Friday: they were able to secure us a later-than-normal flight out from Jeju on a Friday. However, our flight was delayed, than cancelled and rerouted to Incheon rather than the scheduled Gimpo. This is likely due to the busy weekend air traffic. Incheon airport offered a free bus ride to Gimpo, as all buses and subways had stopped already (it was past midnight). It is another hour taxi to our hotel in Myeongdong. However, this delay made for a very memorable experience for our Jeju trip. We wouldn't trade it for anything! This tour was a highlight during our South Korea trip and we HIGHLY recommend.

It was absolutely amazing. Great organization with flight and great staff. Kate was amazing and did an excellent job. Food was delicious. Thumbs up. I can recommend it for anyone who wants to experience the Jeju island in one day from Seoul.

This was so fun. I’ve always wanted to visit Jeju but I wasn’t sure I could do it with the limited time I had on my trip. The day trip was perfect and we got to see so much of this beautiful island. They picked us up from our hotel, took us to the airport and flew us to Jeju. We had a wonderful tour guide Ms. Elin who took care of us all day feeding us snacks, taking our pics, telling us fun stories and overall being an amazing guide and host. The lunch was delicious. She even made sure we got back to the airport on time that same evening. Our flight was booked a little earlier than should have been so we were not sure if we’d make it on time. I will always remember this special day and our wonderful guide. Visit Jeju. It’s stunning.

I was excited that this tour was available (same day fly in/fly out) as I only had one week in Seoul and heard amazing things about Jeju Island. It was a long day of travel but so worth it. I chose the Western Course as it had the activities which most appealed to me. After being picked up at Jeju airport, we proceeded for about 45 minutes to Hyupjae Beach which was beautiful: a touch of Caribbean flair in Asia. Next was Hanlim Park and it was nice because we had choices of where we wanted to go within the park (definitely check out the lava cave!). The green tea field stop was just ok; it was my least favorite of the tour but most likely because I do not like the flavor of green tea so it did not mean much to me. Lunch was a so-so buffet at a weird, sterile hotel: it sort of felt like American summer/space camp. Afterwards we did the Mt. Sanbang ‘cruise’ which was more like a ferry. We were lucky because Jeju can have unpredictable weather and this portion of the tour does not always occur. It was pretty choppy on the water (beware if you get seasick) but the close up views of Brother Islands was really cool. We were fortunate enough after the ‘cruise’ to meet a few of the Haenyeo: these are elderly women that free dive without oxygen tanks to catch sea cucumbers, abalone, seaweed among other items from the sea. Not many left in the world as the younger generation has no interest so a great experience to meet these phenomenal ladies. Towards the culmination of the tour, we had the option of going to the Teddy Bear museum or Cheonjeyeon Falls. I chose the waterfalls and these were neat but you should know in advance there are some steep stairs to go both up and down in order to view the sights. Overall a great tour and well organized: left my Seoul hotel at 5am and got home the same night at 10pm. Exhausting but so glad I did it and I recommend you do the same (whichever course that appeals to you the most)! Side note: The tour had both English as well as Chinese speaking guides. Our English guide (I forgot her name, Sunny maybe? She’s the one in my pics pointing on the Hanlim Park map) was amazing.

It was one of the best experiences I had during my trip to Korea. Everything was very comfortable - we didn't need to take care of anything, trazy took care of everything themselves - including moving to the airport, moving around Jeju and the flight. The tour was beyond interesting and the guide had very good English. I 100% recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Korea. It will be your once in a life time experience.
