TICKET SALE & PICK UP & ENTRANCE
1. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party. Resale and forgery of tickets may be subject to Korean laws.
2. No one under the age of 19 shall be admitted to the event.
3. Re-entry is allowed. However, if you lose/damage your ticket, you may not re-enter.
4. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and wristbands.
5. Detailed entrance method will be sent to you in the final confirmation email.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
1. Lasers, fireworks, bottles, and other dangerous items are prohibited at the venue. All participants must go through a security bag search. If any prohibited item is found inside the venue, the possessor will be removed from the venue without any refund. The item will not be returned to the possessor.
2. Food and beverages including a bottle of water are not allowed.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Please be careful with all of your belongings. Any accidents that may occur or any missing personal belongings in and outside of the venue will not be the organizer, the venue or the artists’ responsibility.
2. Please be considerate of other people around you. Any person with disruptive or violent behavior will be evicted from the festival venue without any refund.
3. Smoking is allowed only at a designated area.
4. We do not recommend this festival to the elderly, pregnant women and persons with health problems. If you have any pre-existing health issues, please consult your doctor before booking and let us know. The organizer will not be held responsible for any health problems and injuries that are not informed in advance.
5. In case of emergency, please report to the nearest security guard or staff.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until Dec 27, 2018: 100% refund
From Dec 28: non-refundable
1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
Until Dec 27, 2018: 100% refund
From Dec 28: non-refundable
