2. The confirmation email and valid photo ID are required to pick up the tickets. All participants must bring a valid ID (passport or foreign registration card) for verification.
3. Free round-trip shuttle bus will be available from/to the concert venue. Detailed information of the shuttle bus will be provided in your confirmation email.
4. The ticket cannot be refunded or changed on the day of the concert.
5. Video recording and photography are prohibited in the Standing Zones.
6. Use of tripods and selfie sticks in the Standing Zones is strictly prohibited.
7. Please do not block the way or secure your space in the Standing Zones by putting personal items.
8. Please be respectful of other audience around you at the venue. Individuals who are causing a situation affecting others will be asked to leave and escorted out of the venue by security guards.
9. Parking space is very limited in Nanji Hangang Park. Please use the public transportation.
