1. This package is strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to purchase the tickets.
2. Please bring your passport or alien registration card for verification at the concert.
3. Kindly note that you cannot purchase a ticket only package. No partial refund will be issued even if you do not avail the bus transfer service.
4. Children under 8 years old are not allowed in the concert.
5. Ticket booth opening time will be updated later on.
6. Please choose the drop off location on the booking page.
7. The seats will be randomly distributed.
8. Once you enter the venue, re-entry is not allowed.
9. Please be seated at least 10 minutes before the concert starts.
10. Prohibited items: Cameras, selfie sticks, folding chairs, ladders, lasers, fireworks, bottles, flowers, balloons, and other dangerous items. If any prohibited item is found inside the venue, the possessor will be removed from the venue without any refund. The item will not be returned to the possessor.
11. Food and beverages except for a bottle of water are not allowed.
12. Please be considerate of other people around you. Any person with disruptive or violent behavior will be evicted from the festival venue without refund.
13. Please be careful with all of your belongings. Any missing personal belongings in and outside of the venue will not be the organizer, the venue or the artists’ responsibility.
