[About the seat assignment]
*First-come, first-served basis: Seats will be assigned from the front in the order of your reservation.
*To ensure you and your companions are assigned together, we recommend making your purchases together. If you made your purchase separately, please email us at experience@trazy.com with the booking number and names of your companions. We will make every effort to assign you in consecutive seats as your companions.

[About the Lotte Duty Free voucher]
*The $250 voucher can only be used at Lotte Duty Free stores in Seoul (Myeongdong Main Store, World Tower Store) and is available only to those with a departing flight ticket from Korea. It cannot be used at the airport. (Duty-free shopping is available 60 days before departure)
*Two $100 vouchers and one $50 voucher will be provided. Each voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. If the purchase amount is less than the voucher's value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over.
*Certain brands and items cannot be purchased due to brand policy.
