Walk on the ocean floor and come face-to-face with Jeju's friendly marine life!

1. This experience will not be canceled in the event of light rain.
2. Those who are intoxicated, have heart diesease, are pregnant, elderly, mentally or physically weak, or suffer from claustrophobia or aquaphobia are now allowed to participate.
3. The local operator will not be responsible for any accidents resulting from failure to follow the guide's instructions.
4. There may be a waiting time on site if there are many people.
5. Please be aware that the fish may not be visible on days when the water temperature is low.

4 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 100% refund
2~3 days before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 70% refund
1 day before the reserved date (by 5:00pm): 50% refund
After 5:00pm, 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*Refunds cannot be provided if you decide to give up the experience on site.
