1. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10~15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be able to participate in the event and will not be able to request refund or change of schedule.
2. Snow sled, traditional Korean ice sleds, snow rafting, and other activities are available at Pyeongchang Trout Ice Fishing Festival at an additional cost that can be paid on the day.
3. This tour will commence with a minimum of 4 participants. If the tour is canceled due to a lack of participants, we will offer a different date or provide a full refund.
4. In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, the decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day prior to departure.
5. In the event of inclement weather or other uncontrollable factors leading to the closure of the attraction after departure, no refunds can be given. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*If you need to reschedule your reservation within 2 days of departure due to personal reasons, a modification fee of 20,000 won per person will apply.
