2. Yachting is a marine leisure sport that is highly affected by the weather. Please understand that the reservation may be canceled for your safety depending on weather conditions and yacht conditions.
3. The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met (Black Cat: 4 people). If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
4. Outside food is not allowed on the yacht.
5. For safety reasons, pregnant women, the elderly, and passengers who appear intoxicated may not be allowed on board.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

[Refund due to natural disasters]
- When three types of wind, storm, and typhoon warnings take effect in the relevant area (Based on warnings issued by the KMA): 100% refund

[Refund due to rain/strong wind]
- The tour will proceed in the event of light rain. Please note that light rain does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
- If heavy rain or strong winds are forecasted, we will contact you 1 day before the tour date to help you reschedule or issue a full refund.
- Refunds or rescheduling are not possible on the day of the experience.
