Please keep in mind

1. If the desired date and time are not available, we will notify you in advance and help you move your reservation or issue a full refund.
2. This is a join-in class that operates with 1 to 10 people.
3. The class starts on time, so please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
4. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
5. If you have any color cosmetics you usually use, please bring them.
6. If you are wearing makeup or colored contacts, the range of color analysis can be too broad. For a more accurate analysis, we recommend coming with no makeup and transparent contacts (no color).
7. Please avoid clothes that come up around the neck.
8. You can bring glasses or accessories that you want to check after the color diagnosis.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 day before the reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST): 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST): 50% refund
After 5:00pm KST, 2 days before the reserved date: Non-refundable
