We had a great experience. The staff were extremely accommodating. While arriving at the venue, my friend had hurt her hand. We went to the emergency staff on location and they gave her a quick fix.
1 hour later we decided to go to the hospital as it was still painful. The concert had a no re-entry policy that we were not aware of. After talking to the security guards and the manager, they allowed us to go to the hospital (which was within walking distance) and come back afterwards.
We were very grateful for their compassion and the concert was amazing!! The mkitrain crew killed it!

1. Please present a valid ID and confirmation email to pick up the tickets.
2. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and wristbands cannot be reissued.
3. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
4. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Only 1 bottle of water under 500ml is allowed per person.
5. Security will conduct a bag search upon entering the venue.
6. Sharp objects, including knives or scissors, as well as dangerous items, including fireworks and explosives, are strictly prohibited.
7. Professional cameras, telephoto lenses, and camcorders are prohibited.
8. Lockers will be available at an additional charge on site.
9. Please be respectful to other people around you at the venue. Individuals who are causing a situation affecting others will be escorted out of the venue by security guards and will not be issued a refund.
10. The event organizers will be taking pictures/videos of the festival. Please note that by participating in the festival, you are complying that the organizer has the right to use such pictures and videos for marketing purposes.
