Please keep in mind

1. You must be 12 years old or older to attend this concert.
2. Each participant can buy up to 4 tickets. Please bring your valid photo ID and the confirmation email for verification.
3. You must present the Seoul Soul Festival ticket at the ticket booth to get the 20% discount. If you do not have/bring the ticket, you will have to pay the balance of 28,600KRW.
4. Taking pictures and/or videos of the concert is strictly prohibited.
5. No beverage/foods are allowed in the concert hall. Anything that can interfere/harm the concert environment such as pets, firecrackers, weapons are prohibited.
6. Once the concert has commenced, entry will be limited. You will have to be escorted by the staff.
7. There are no lockers or places to keep your personal belongings inside the concert hall. Please take caution to keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Any accidents that may occur or missing personal belongings in and outside of the concert venue will not be the responsibility of the organizer, the venue or the artists.
8. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please take extra care not to lose the ticket.
9. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
If you cancel the ticket until August 5: 100% refund.
August 6~August 9: 80% refund.
August 10~August 14: 70% refund.
From August 15: Non-refundable.
