  1. (From hotel) Write the following information on the luggage tag provided by the hotel: name, reservation number, Luggage Less (for identification), pick up airport (Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or Gimpo Airport)
  2. Drop off your luggage at a hotel in Jung-gu, Mapo-gu, Gangnam-gu, or at a nearby service center.
  3. Please inform the hotel staff that the luggage is for Lotte Airport Delivery.
  4. Your luggage is collected, sorted, and prepared at the service center.
  5. The luggage will be delivered directly to Incheon Airport (T1) or Gimpo Airport.
  6. Your luggage will be securely sorted at the airport until your departure.
  7. Pick up your luggage at the airport and proceed directly to check-in.

  • Items not packed inside the luggage will not be collected due to the risk of loss or contamination.
  • Oversized or non-standard items (e.g. strollers, bicycles, musical instruments) cannot be delivered.
  • Please make sure your luggage is securely locked. The delivery staff is not responsible for any loss of items inside the luggage.

[About the compensation]
  • Maximum compensation per piece of luggage: 1,000,000 won
  • In case of damage, we recommend taking and saving multiple photos showing the condition of your suitcase (handle, wheels, and both sides) before dropping off your luggage.
  • Damage compensation will be provided based on the extent of the damage (repair costs covered).
  • Minor scratches are not eligible for compensation. We recommend using a suitcase cover to help prevent surface damage.
  • Compensation is not provided for items stored inside the luggage.
