1. Please bring your passport and email voucher on the day.
2. Delivery is only possible to locations within 30km from the departure point.
3. The arrival time may vary depending on the location and the volume of deliveries on the day.
4. It is difficult to change the delivery address once a reservation has been made, so please check the departure and arrival locations carefully when making a reservation.
5. To ensure safe delivery, you will be asked to take and upload photos of your luggage.
6. In the event of loss or damage to your luggage, if it can be proven that the carrier is at fault, the maximum compensation amount is 1,000,000 won.
7. The following items cannot be delivered:
- Fragile items, such as paper bags, plastic bags, or umbrellas
- Perishable and foul-smelling items
- Items that may harm others
- Items exceeding the general checked baggage allowance

2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
