- Reservations can be made only when the purchaser's name and the participant’s name are not required to match.
- Even if ticket sales officially open at a specific time, Trazy can only process reservations between 10:00am and 5:00pm (KST).
- Tickets cannot be reserved if sales have already closed or if the event is sold out.
