K-Harmony is an immersive cultural studio in Itaewon, Seoul, offering guided tea ceremony experiences centered on Korean tradition. Participants receive a Korean name at the start of the session and are introduced to the country's tea culture through delicate Ujeon green tea. Each program blends storytelling, sensory discovery, and hands-on practice in a warm, small-group setting.




▲ Learn How to Brew and Taste Korean Tea
Participants learn to observe the tea's color and aroma, drawing it from both the cup and the teaware itself, before recording their impressions of taste and aftertaste. The session continues with a tasting of cold white tea, encouraging guests to notice how tea, breath, and music shift the senses. Guided step by step, this sensory approach reveals the subtle differences between Korean tea varieties. The practice closes with a ritual tea — Hong Jacksal or plum blossom tea — bringing the tasting journey full circle.


▲ Tea Aroma Meditation & Korean Sound Practice
A guided meditation invites participants to breathe with the tea's aroma while experiencing a body scan set to the traditional court music Yeongsanhoesang Bulbosal. Guests also learn the Korean musical scale and create a simple sound as a form of meditative expression. This blend of breathwork, sound, and stillness offers a uniquely Korean approach to mindfulness. The experience concludes with each participant sharing one word that captures their journey.
