- You should pick up the ticket at Trazy office in Seoul: you can visit the office on Dec 18 or 19 between 2:00pm~4:00pm (KST). The detailed address will be sent to you.

*The ground seats are located in the ground floor and very close to the stage (different from the regular seats that are very far away from the stage).

1. This package is strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to book the packages. No refund can be made for Koreans who purchased the packages.
2. Please make sure to bring your passport or alien registration card for verification.
3. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
4. There will be a security screening before the entry. The staff will check your personal belongings.
5. All types of cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the venue. Only cellphone cameras are allowed.
6. Children younger than 7 years old cannot enter the venue due to safety reasons.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Until Nov 30, 2018: 100% refund
From Dec 1, 2018: non-refundable

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
