K-World Festa is one of the largest K-pop festivals in Korea where you can see your favorite idol stars perform right in front of your eyes in addition to exhibitions that will be open throughout the festival area. With this package, you will get to see the opening or closing ceremony and also visit Seoul's iconic landmark, N Seoul Tower.

Aug 15 & 16 Opening Ceremony
- You must pick up the concert ticket at the Trazy office in Seoul.
- Pick up is only available on Aug 13~14 during 2:00pm~4:00pm (KST).
- You will receive your N Seoul Tower Photo Package voucher by email 7 days before the reserved date.
- YOU MUST VISIT N SEOUL TOWER BEFORE AUG 31.
- You cannot receive a partial refund for not going to N Seoul Tower.

Aug 24 Closing Ceremony
- You must pick up the concert ticket at the Trazy office in Seoul.
- Pick up is only available on Aug 20~21 during 2:00pm~4:00pm (KST).
- You will receive your N Seoul Tower Photo Package voucher code by email 7 days before the reserved date.
- YOU MUST VISIT N SEOUL TOWER BEFORE AUG 31.
- You cannot receive a partial refund for not going to N Seoul Tower.

[About N Seoul Tower Photo Package]
*Cable car fee is not included in the price. You can purchase the tickets for the cable car on the day.
- Adult round-trip: 8,500 won per person
- Adult one-way: 6,000 won per person
- Child (3~12 yrs) / Senior (65 yrs +) round-trip: 5,500 won per person
- Child (3~12 yrs) / Senior (65 yrs +) one-way: 3,500 won per person

Cancellation policy

2019 K-World Festa Tickets
15 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
14 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 15 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

N Seoul Photo Package
Non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
