This package is for FOREIGNERS. A valid ID (i.e. passport) can be requested to verify your foreigner status.
Children under 3 years old are free of charge as long as they do not occupy separate seats.
This activity requires a minimum of 8 participants. If the minimum is not met, we will suggest an alternative date or provide a full refund.
This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible.

A moving walk pass allows you to take the moving walk to get to the top of the beginner slopes.
All lift passes are valid for 6 hours.

Please keep in mind

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time. If you are late by more than 10 minutes, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
Please note that some slopes may not be available depending on weather conditions.
Travel time may take up to twice as long on weekends and public holidays. If you'd like to avoid heavy traffic, we recommend joining this tour on a weekday.
Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.
Vehicles are arranged according to the final number of people in the group. If you are bringing luggage, please let us know in advance at experience@trazy.com after booking.
