*Please note that this is all-standing event. There aren't any reserved seats for the performance.
*Entry will be proceeded by the order of entry number. You will receive the number through a separate email before the concert.
*Each participant can buy up to 4 tickets.

2. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
3. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
4. Re-entry may not be permitted once you leave the venue.
5. You can access to either standing S or R zone only. Please stay within the designated zone that you've purchased the ticket for.
6. Should there be reports or complaints from the audience of any physical or non-physical advances that cause discomfort, you will be escorted out of the venue immediately without further warnings.
7. The use of professional cameras (DSLR level and above) is prohibited at the festival. All forms of photo shoot & video recording may be prohibited upon artists' request. Please be aware that taking photos and videos of artists during their performance is related to copyright and right of likeness and may lead to legal action.
8. Food and beverages except for a bottle of water (with a lid) are not allowed.
9. List of prohibited items: glass bottle, can, weapons, laser/flash light, flag, selfie stick, professional camera, recording equipment, food, whistle, long umbrella (prohibited items are subject to be added).
10. Please be careful with all of your belongings. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
11. Please minimize your personal belongings. The locker will be available at an additional charge on site.
12. Elderly, pregnant women, and anyone under special health conditions are not recommended to attend the concert. The event organizers & booking platforms are not responsible for any accidents caused by personal health issues.
13. Parking space is highly limited. Please use public transportation.

2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
