The shuttle bus drivers are so friendly and can speak basic English. I went to Petite France & Italian Village (쁘띠 프랑스 & 이탈리아 마을) and Garden of Morning Calm (아침고요 수목원). It really was a nice experience, from the beginning to the end, everything well explained and organized, the buses that take us to the different places leave every 50 minutes on time, and there is no language barrier since there is a guide inside the bus that explain everything. The day I planned to visit the place, it was very rainy, however, it was not an impediment to visit Nami island and Petite France. All place there are beautifull, so thanks for the opportunity to visit those nice place. I will come back again definitely.

It was great great tour and a get away from the busy Seoul life. It was indeed refreshing.with a lot of adventure. I only wish like the train ticket and tour bus promotion, it would be great if there could be some form of rebate for foreign students for the use of the Zipline and other entrance tickets. I really had fun.

An amazing experience!! This was my first trip with Trazy. After booking I received a confirmation email with details about my trip. It said that 2 days before the trip I will receive my tickets and boarding information. Two days before my trip, they sent an EXTREMELY detailed PDF that explained everything I need to know. The PDF even had photos of every step at the train station and where to go. It was very helpful. The train took me directly to the tour bus pick up location where I only waited 20 minutes for the tour bus to depart. The staff on the bus were so helpful and friendly. One of the drivers spoke English and was so funny and kind. I really enjoyed this easy trip to Gapyeong were I was we to easily visit different tourist attractions. Thank you Trazy!

Really great experience and very convenient, particularly the shuttle bus which handed out copies of the timetable and coupons for discounted entry to the various attractions. The bus can be a bit delayed due to traffic but overall the journey was very easy and much cheaper than trying to plan the itinerary myself.

I enjoyed the natural beauty of the city. I spent more than 210000 KRW in the town. It would be better if the City government-sponsored some more tickets for foreigners.

Went to Nami Island and Petite France. If there was more time I'd go to the Garden of Morning Calm too. Instructions given were straight forward and easy to follow. Unfortunately bus frequency runs once an hour so if you miss the bus.. good luck.

Gapyeon is the perfect place to get out of the city, the city bus tour is very convenient to get to different places and to enjoy different activities in a better way, my only suggestion would be to make transportation possible from places other than Seoul :)
