1. No one under the age of 19 (entry is allowed for up to people born before Dec 31, 2000) will be admitted to the event. If you are under 19, you will not be able to attend the festival nor receive a refund on the day.
2. The confirmation email and valid photo ID are required to pick up wristbands. ALL participants must bring valid ID for age verification.
3. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and wristbands. No replacements will be issued.
4. For 2 day pass, only the same person can go to both Oct 25 & 26. You will use the same wristband you received on the first day to enter the second day. Please do not damage or lose the wristband until the end of the second day.
5. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited.

7 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
5 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
3 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
