2. If you depart from the ski resort to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please depart at least 7~8 hours before the flight schedule.
3. If you are bringing your own ski equipment, please contact us to check the availability at inquiry@trazy.com.
4. No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.
