Overview
Have a close encounter with the North Korea border and learn more about the Korean War.
Korea is the only divided country in the world. DMZ, the Korean Demilitarized Zone, is a buffer region between South and North Korea established as a result of the Korean War. In this tour, you will head directly to DMZ from Incheon International Ferry Terminal and witness the existing proof of the tragedy. In the afternoon, you will visit the War Memorial of Korea in Yongsan, Seoul, and learn more about the Korean War continued for 3 years, from 1950 to 1953. As you explore the exhibition, you will see how the war shaped the unique South and North relations until the present.

2. A child younger than 36 months old is free of charge. Please bring the child's ID to verify the age.

- Every visitor will be asked to show his/her passport before entering DMZ.
- You may not participate this tour without your passport. The Korean army will check your ID and if you do not have your ID, you may be prohibited to enter DMZ. In this case, no refund will be issued.

Located near the 3rd Tunnel, it is the northernmost observatory in South Korea where you can see North Korea closest at hand.

It was originally built by North Korea for a surprise attack on Seoul. Among the 4 tunnels that South Korea has discovered, the 3rd one is considered the most threatening one.

How is DMZ different from JSA?
DMZ is a piece of land across the Korean Peninsula between South and North Korea. JSA is the only area in DMZ where South and North Korea forces stand face-to-face. Unlike JSA, DMZ is the territory of South Korea. You can join DMZ tour every day except for Mondays and public holidays.
Do we take the monorail when entering the 3rd tunnel at DMZ?
No, you cannot take the monorail to enter the 3rd tunnel at DMZ with this tour program.
