Watch over the border into North Korea from Dora Observatory, and depending on the weather you can see as far as Kaesong Industrial Complex. Trek the 3rd Infiltration tunnel created by North Korea to invade Seoul and sneak in thousands of soldiers every hour. To end the tour, explore Haneul Park for the Silver Grass Festival and wander around the fields of glittering silver grass.
