Premium Standing Zone ticket holders will be asked to line up in front of the gate from 6:30pm and re-enter the venue in the order of the reservation number.

1. This ticket is EXCLUSIVELY for non-Korean nationals.
2. Please pick up your ticket at the ticket booth from 12:00pm on the day. The confirmation email and valid photo ID are required to pick up the tickets. All participants must bring a valid ID (passport or foreign registration card) for verification.
3. Please make sure to pick up the ticket first, exchange the ticket into a wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
4. Once you wear the wristband, you may freely exit/re-enter the venue during the day of the performance.
5. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
6. People younger than 19 years old cannot purchase alcoholic drinks in the venue.
7. No outside food or drinks allowed.
8. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to any unforeseen or unavoidable causes.
9. Some details of the event may be changed upon artists’ requests.
10. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party. Resale of tickets may be subject to Korean laws.
11. There will be a security check before you enter the venue. The operator cannot store any dangerous items found at the security check point.
12. A limited number of lockers will be available on the second floor of the venue. The storage fee is 3,000 won.
