  • You must carry your PASSPORT on the day of the tour.
  • Late arrivals will NOT be allowed to board, and no refunds will be issued.
  • A maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (3~13 yrs) can board each canoe.
  • A minimum of 2 adults are required to join this activity.
  • The total weight per canoe must not exceed 210 kg (462 lbs).
  • All participants must complete a safety briefing.
  • Please note that the staff can communicate in basic English. While they may not be fully fluent, they will do their best to assist you.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No food, alcohol, or smoking is permitted.
  • Please take care of your electronic devices.

  5. For safety purposes, children under 36 months old and pregnant women are not permitted to ride the canoe.
  6. If canoeing at Chuncheon Mulle-gil is canceled due to severe weather such as typhoon, strong winds, or heavy rain, a full refund will be issued.
  7. In case of light rain, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and free ponchos will be provided.
  8. Please take care of your electronic devices.
  9. Pets are not allowed.
  10. No food, alcohol, or smoking is permitted.

1 day before the reserved date (before 5:00pm): 100% refund
1 day before the reserved date (after 5:00pm): Non-refundable
