Please keep in mind

1. All passengers must have the passport on the day of the cruise. You cannot board the ferry cruise without your passport.
2. Check-in time may take longer than the expected time depending on the number of people in the waiting line. It is your responsibility to arrive at the ferry terminal 1 HOUR BEFORE the boarding time.
3. The terminal charges a PSFC (Passenger Service Facilities Charge) of 3,300 won which can be paid on the day.
4. The parking fee is NOT included in the price. You must pay on the day of check out. We recommend that you come to the Busan International Ferry Terminal by public transportation.
5. Food and beverages including a bottle of water are not allowed. However, they will be available for purchase on the cruise.
6. Sharp objects, including knife or scissors, as well as dangerous items, including fireworks and explosives, are strictly prohibited.
7. Please note that events or performances will be operated in Korean only.
8. Please note that the cruise can be canceled if there are harsh weather conditions. In this case, we will inform you in advance and issue a full refund.
9. If the cruise is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.

15 days before the reserved date: 90% refund
10~14 days before the reserved date: 80% refund
7~9 days before the reserved date: 70% refund
2~6 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 15 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
