Unfortunately we were unlucky on the day we went to the festival. It was the weekend of a holiday, on top of bad weather. In total, it took us 5 hours to get to the mud festival. I know it wasn't the tours fault for the intense traffic situation. The guides were positive and honest with us along the way, and we made friends with the others in the van. When we arrived at the venue, we had about 2 to 2.5 hours to enjoy ourselves and we all made the best of the situation. The rain had watered down a lot of the mud, but we were able to have fun and get dirty. There were slides, an obstacle course, and a stage and a few other stations. If we did it again, I would have liked to stay overnight after traveling so far.

The festival was very fun. The tour in bus was practical. Pick up and drop of just in front of the festival ! And many other activity proposed on the differents halls of the festival like calligraphy.

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day of the tour to join.

  1. All participants must bring a valid ID (foreign registration card, passport copy or captured image in mobile phones) for verification.
  2. Upon entry, you are required to remove your shoes and store them in the shoe locker. Sandals, slippers, and sneakers are not permitted within the festival venue.
  3. Smoking is not allowed within the festival venue.
  4. You are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the festival venue.
  5. Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
  6. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the Water Park Zone.
  7. Adults are only allowed in the Family Zone as guardians of children ages 3 to 14 years old.
  8. This tour will commence with a minimum of 4 participants. If the tour is canceled due to a lack of participants, we will inform you in advance and issue a full refund.

Absolutely! You're more than welcome to join solo. But keep in mind - it's even more fun when you go with friends!

Are child tickets available?

No, the same price applies to both adults and children. However, children under 36 months may join free of charge but must share a seat with a parent or guardian in the vehicle.

Is lunch included in the tour?

No, lunch is not included. During your free time at the festival, you can enjoy a meal at any restaurant or food stall of your choice inside the festival grounds.

Can I change the tour date or number of people after booking?

Yes, you can request changes up to 2 days before the tour date. Please contact us at experience@trazy.com at least 2 days in advance to modify your booking.

Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
