[About the season pass]
[Every Day Season Pass]
- Season dates: opening day of 20/21 season ~ closing day of 20/21 season 
- Valid days and time: every day (Sun~Sun) and all day
- Valid users: only usable by the person registered on the season pass.
- Replacement of lost/damaged season pass: you can replace lost/damaged at an additional charge of 10,000won. You must replace the season pass on your own.

[How the purchasing process works]

2. Please write down all of the information requested on the required information section and complete payment. 
3. Please send a photo (to use on season pass) of yourself to experience@trazy.com.
4. You will receive an instant confirmation email on your purchase. An additional confirmation email with information about how to pick up your season pass will be sent to you before the season opening day.
5. Pick up you season pass at Alpensia Ski Resort on your first day of visit.
