Please keep in mind

  1. In order to participate in the lesson, you must be equipped with ski equipment/clothes and have a lift pass. Please make sure you have your gear and lift pass ready before you meet the instructor in order to maximize the lesson time.
  2. Please write down a messenger ID (WhatsApp/Line) where you can be easily reached upon booking as the instructor will contact you via messenger a day before your visit.
  3. If Alpensia Ski Resort officially closes a slope because of severe weather, a full refund will be provided.

1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
