  • If there is a specific song you would like to learn, please send your reservation date, time, and preferred song to experience@trazy.com at least 5 days in advance. If no song is requested, the class will be conducted using popular K-pop songs.
  • Please note that the shorts video shooting experience is available for dance classes and vocal + dance classes only.

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day.

Please keep in mind

  1. If there is a specific song you would like to learn, please send your reservation date, time, and preferred song to experience@trazy.com at least 5 days in advance. If no song is requested, the class will be conducted using popular K-pop songs.
  2. If the minimum number of people is not gathered, the class may be canceled. In this case, we will notify you in advance, and a full refund will be issued.
  3. If the class is canceled due to the operator's situation, we will notify you in advance and help you move your reservation or issue a full refund.
  4. Please arrive at the academy 30 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be regarded as a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
  5. Please adhere to the safety rules and follow the teacher's guidance.
  6. Please wear pants and shoes suitable for dancing (heels and slippers are not allowed).

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 days (no later than 5:00pm) before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days (after 5:00pm) before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be regarded as a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
