Please keep in mind

1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time. If you are late to your reservation time, your shooting time and editing time will be deducted. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be canceled.
2. If the place is fully booked at your desired date and time, we will notify you in advance and help you move your reservation or issue a full refund.
3. In the case of a personal color photo shoot, you will first receive the B-cut and unedited photos by email. Once you select the best cut, 1:1 editing will proceed. An edited version of the selected photo will be emailed to you later.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
5 days before the reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST): 100% refund
4~1 days before the reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST): 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date (past 5:00pm KST) or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 5 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
