  • Shoe covers will be provided to all visitors for a comfortable experience. Wearing the provided shoe covers is mandatory throughout the exhibition area.
  • As the observatory features many reflective floor surfaces, wearing pants is recommended.
  • Please refrain from wearing stiletto heels, work boots, cleated shoes, or other footwear that may damage the LED flooring.
  • When accessing the 63rd-floor rooftop, only mobile phones and cameras with attached straps are permitted. All other personal belongings are prohibited.
  • Personal belongings may be stored in the lockers before entering the rooftop.
  • Tickets are valid for one-time admission only and may not be transferred to another person.
  • Admission may be delayed depending on on-site conditions.
  • Once a ticket has been issued, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Outside food, beverages, and strollers are not permitted.
  • Access between the 60th and 63rd floors is available by stairs only. Wheelchair access between these floors is not available.
  • Strollers are not permitted in the observation area. Visitors with young children are encouraged to use a baby carrier.
  • The 63rd-floor rooftop is a fully outdoor space and may be temporarily closed without prior notice due to rain, strong winds, lightning, or other severe weather conditions.
  • Admission tickets allow access to the Starbucks inside the venue. Food and beverages must be purchased separately.
  • On-site photography services are available as an optional paid service and are not included with the admission ticket.
