*For the 2-day ticket, please select July 2. The ticket is valid for 2 consecutive days (July 2~3).

*This ticket is only available for non-Korean nationals.
*You must be at least 19 years old to participate this festival. You must present your passport or alien registration card upon receiving your wristband.
*1 person can buy up to 4 tickets.
*This festival is a standing event with no reserved seats.

[About the tickets and wristbands]
1. You must present the passport or alien registration card to pick up the tickets.
2. Partial refunds for 2 day tickets cannot be issued.
3. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party.
4. Damaged wristbands cannot be reissued.
5. For 2 day ticket holders, you will receive 1 receive wristband that you will use for both days. If you damage your wristband after the first day, you cannot receive a new wristband for the second day.

[Prohibited items]
1. Upon entry, you must go through baggage/pocket security check. Your entry may be denied upon security check.
2. Glass bottles, can drinks, and foods (delivery included) are not permitted inside the festival area.
3. Fireworks, explosives, weapons, drugs and other dangerous items are not permitted.

[Other festival notices]
1. Any inconsiderate behavior due to excessive alcohol is prohibited and you may be asked to leave the festival. If you are asked to leave for excessive drinking, no refund will be issued.
2. Please notify the festival staff in case of emergency.

Cancellation policy

Until June 29th (Wed): 100% refund
On June 30th (Thu): 50% refund
On July 1st (Fri) or later: non-refundable
