TICKET & ENTRANCE
1. No one under the age of 19 will be admitted to the event (people who are born in 1999 and before are able to purchase the tickets). If the concert goer turns out to be younger than the age of 19 during the ID check, he/she cannot enter the venue and no refund will be issued.
2. Each participant can buy up to 4 tickets.
3. This ticket is EXCLUSIVELY for FOREIGNERS.
4. The ticket cannot be refunded or changed on the day of the festival.
5. Please pick up your ticket at the Ticket Booth from 11:00am on the day.
6. Valid photo ID, and the confirmation email are required to pick up the tickets. All participants must bring valid photo ID (passport or foreign registration card) for verification.
7. Please make sure to pick up the ticket first, exchange the ticket into a wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
8. The gate will be opened at 11:00am. The entry is on a first come, first serve basis and only available to the person who wears the wristband.
9. Once you wear the wristband, you may freely exit/re-enter the venue during the day of the festival. You may freely move around the venue but the entry to the reserved VIP seat is prohibited.
10. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
11. Making any changes, cancellations or refunds of the tickets bought from Trazy is only possible through Trazy.
12. Reselling or transferring of tickets/wristbands is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party. Resale of tickets may be subject to Korean laws.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Smoking inside the venue is prohibited. Please use the designated area.
2. There is a security bag search upon entering the venue.
3. Prohibited Items:
- Alcoholic drinks, food, cans, and glass bottles
- Whistles and mats
- Drugs and hallucinogen
- Unauthorized electric generator, firework, explosives, laser, and sharp items
4. If any prohibited item is found inside the venue, the possessor will be punished according to Korean laws.
5. Small digital cameras are allowed. However, secretly filming/taking pictures of other audiences or any actions that infringe copyrights/portrait rights of the artists are prohibited. In this case, you will be asked to leave the venue and punished according to Korean laws.
6. Individuals who are under the influence of alcohol cannot enter the venue. If you are found under the influence at the venue, you will be asked to leave the venue and no refund will be issued.
7. Illegal items such as drugs will be confiscated before entering the venue.
8. Any forms of sexual assault will be directly reported to the police and strictly punished according to Korean laws.
9. Filming notice: multiple cameras are installed at the festival venue for official pictures and videos. Your face might be featured in the official pictures/videos.
10. Lockers will be located inside the venue and available from 1:00pm (additional charge). Please minimize personal belongings as the number of lockers will be limited.
11. Pets are not allowed to enter the venue.
12. Parking spaces are only available for VIP/VVIP ticket holders. Please use the public transportation.
