It’s absolutely amazing! Cielo and Fatima were really nice and helpful through out the trip. We enjoy every activity. Worth every penny.

A great, organised trip. The bus is on time, the staff were informative and helpful. Snowboarding gear was provided and only needed to buy gloves and rent the googles. It was a fun day on the slopes, not too crowded. I will definitely be booking a trip again.

The destination was ok, we enjoyed it. But not so for the process..1 group of people were very late from the morning pick up.. our bus was delayed by almost an hour due to the wait.. i felt that the bus should not wait that long for late-comers as i had young kids and i was praying the bus can quickly move before my kids start being cranky.
Also the itinerary states that bus will drop off at strawberry farm first, but the bus went straight to the ski resort and there were no clear commitment until we asked.

Strawberry picking was fun and educational to my children. Skiing instructor was patient and taught all the skills needed for a beginner. Its was enjoyable and we wished we could stay longer.

Strawberry activity is ok, nothing special. Will be good to hve jam making session. Good activity if you have kids otherwise can skip it and go for a full day Vivaldi. Vivaldi is very fun, if you are into snow sledding rides. Its the school holidays this expect waiting time for each ride. Guide in bus could have used microphone, couldnt really hear her instructions from the back of the bus. Overall a good experience.

冰雪王國是一個以冬季為主題的雪地遊樂園，專為家庭打造的歡樂雪國空間！你可以在這裡享受多種雪地活動，包括雪橇滑行、雪上滑圈（snow tubing）、以及專為兒童設計的玩雪區。非常適合不打算滑雪或單板滑雪，但仍想沉浸在雪地樂趣中的小朋友與大人！
- 冰雪王國位於滑雪道（Jazz，中級滑道）附近的山坡上，但並不與滑雪場直接相連，請參考下方的度假村地圖以瞭解詳細位置。
- 前往冰雪王國需搭乘空中纜車（已包含於入場門票中）。
- 雪地摩托拖曳艇（Snowmobile Rafting）不包含在入場門票內，如有需求需另外付費。
- 禁止重複入場（Re-entry 不可）。
